Each May, Toronto opens it’s doors to some unusual buildings with great history for photographers.

The Zion School House was built in 1879 and had 9 different classes for different ages. Boys and girls were segregated.

This historic school is only open to to Public School children who spend the day in this authentic school to relive the days of 1910 with ink blotters, original desks, maps, and books from that time.

Here are some pictures of those children who attended:

Canon PowerShot G11
Focal length 6.1
Exposure 1/30
no flash
as is

I have practing photography here on RB for a few years and get a kick out of shooting nature, flower macros, my West Highland White Terrier, Brody or anything that catches my eye. A great addiction!

Canon lover!! Originally, 35mm Canon , Canon PowerShot A630 and Canon PowerShot G11
