I too have a deep love for horses…..very well done wahini…..excellent choice4 of colors…….
Thank you so very much Gordon for the compliment. I love the colors myself, somehow I manged to make the painting better then it was before.♦ Back in my childood, people were heating the homes with wood, which were carried out by gypsies with wagons pulled by horses. Now this was a big city, not out in the country :) However, those times, this was the way of doing it. Communism, you know. Wagons were mostly driven on our street because was the longest one going directly to the deopot. Well, those horses were so beautiful, and shiny, and they always looked so proud, you know, like the circus horses. I used to stop the wagons, asking the driver to allow me to pet the horses. This always drove my mom crazy; she used to say that one day I will be bitten. I never was :))
this is beautiful Mary such a splash of colour!
Thank you very much Linda. I am very glad you like it. This is my very first horse, actually a remake of my very first horse. I was not satisfied with the outcome, and today I said myself that I have to try something different. So, here it is :)
Fantastic piece, Mary!!! A brillian idea, excellently rendered! Happy New Year!
