Oleander Butterfly

amazing work, perfect shot.

Thank you both. It was a hot and humid 33 degrees in Melbourne today and even steamier in the Butterfly House so the camera was slippery in my hands! This butterfly was sitting in just the right light to bring out those warm, coffee colours – this shot really made the trip worthwhile!

I bet it did Margot – one to treasure, a top top piece of work.

Perfect capture Margot. I find it hard to capture butterfly’s, they won’t stay still long enough, but this is perfect. Beautiful colors and so sharp. Bravo well done.
