The Great Divide

Marguerite Foxon

Miranda, Australia

Artist's Description

This was shot using a 60mm macro lens on Nikon D90, and tripod. The subject is a hopper used for transporting peanuts, and I found a ‘graveyard’ of these things in Boston, GA one fine Saturday afternoon. They were rusted and had paint peeling off – just my kind of subject!! In crawling around underneath I spotted this wonderful gash and mouldy stuff.
