Sepia toned photograph B&W Film
fast film
paper and developing fluid
Jeans and pearls
Some people think this piece is rather suggestive.
This is my son who was about ten at the time, I had him lie on the floor and had my camera right above him. I never use a flash. I always used fast film 400 A.S.A. and develop it myself. I used an ordinary lamp close by and shot straight down …he was between my feet. Photography is seeing light and I think I go the light exactly what I was looking for .. I thought sepia toning would look nice for this piece. The things I made my kids do for photography.,.My son is a good photographer now and a teacher living in Taiwan. He is the one that bugged me about joining RB…He finally signed me up himself and actually put some of my art in to get me going. He also is in RB himself under the name Jeff Harris

I am a self taught portrait artist and photographer from Canada. I joined RB 2009. Most of my work is done in watercolor pencil, graphite, and pastel.
