Thank you for taking the time to stop by….. Come in and look around and leave a message if you like . But first I’ll tell you a little about myself.
I am a self taught artist native to Canada. My talent for drawing has been evident since early childhood.. I have been married for the past thirty-one years and have two grown children. My son Jeff is a photographer and has his work in RB. Jeff Harris’s Profile
I have always been drawn to the human face and form and every now and then I do something a little different but always return to my fascination with people especially children..My paintings of children are what I am known best for. My favorite mediums are watercolor pencil, watercolor, pastel, and graphite..Through out my carreer as an artist I have also studied light extensively and have spent quite a few hours in the darkroom with photography.
I joined Redbubble March 2009 and it has inspired and awakened my passion for the work I love most. I am now a “Featured Member ” in Graphite Pencil Artists, 1 0n 1 Artists of Redbubble, Real Life Art, For the Love of Teddy Bears, Older Kids Aged 8-16 and Studio Lighting, Good News Group, and Hand Drawn or Painted Art of Happiness and Joy… I have also won challenges or placed in the top ten and I have had images on Redbubble’s ” Homepage.”.I have also had three pieces of my work Featured in “INSIDE SOLO” Vol. 12 Oct. 2, 2009 (Born to Be Wild, Gone Fishing, and Seashore Viewer with an article about my work ) I am very proud of these honors! ...”.Thankyou Redbubble!”
