A couple of times a week we take a drive to Magaliesburg for my daily fix – a cup of Caffé Latte! My sketchbook and watercolour pencils are always in my car, and yesterday afternoon the Magaliesburg Hotel (Gauteng, South Africa) out-did themselves – they had new Latte cups! I rushed to my car, fetched my sketch-book and pencils and did a rough sketch and colour of my gorgeous looking Latte before slowly indulging in its delicious aroma and taste. Heaven!
Once we got home, I did the sketch in bigger format on Bockingford watercolour paper and enjoyed fiddling, making a border and really having a good time!

Gorge watercolour!! you should sell it to the Magaliesberg Hotel to use as a signboard for their fab coffees!! And in eturn you should get free Latte’s for a year!! :-)
