Katoomba Landscape
Acrylic, spray adhesive, twigs, dirt & tiny pebbles on canvas
Usually this time of year is bushfire season in Katoomba and the Blue Mountians in general (100kms west of Sydney). A few years ago we were on evacuation standby as the fires ate their way through the bush behind the house. This painting must have sprung from a romanticized memory of the fires, as their is definitely no chance of fire danger this year! (Much-needed rain nearly every day)
Katoomba Landscape belongs to the following groups:
Abstract Art, Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia, Extreme Heat and Painters In Modern TimesAvailable for sale as Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Prints
