Marc Neal photographer from Edmonton, has been taking photos from the age of 8. He began his adventure in photography with a 35 mm manual, viewfinder camera, which founded a strong technical skill upon which he was able to develop his photography. On the artistic side, Marc has studied several art media including, painting, drawing, wood carving and clay, though his true passion is for photography.
Marc is a well rounded photographer who enjoys most types of photographic expression, such as street, travel photography, portraits photography, landscape photography, studio work, wildlife nature photography and model shoots. He has spent much of the last 10 years exploring and developing his photographic artistic skills in Europe, having shot in France, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Austria, and former Yugoslavia. Much of his work from the former Yugoslavia focuses on the country, people and rich culture, looking forward not dwelling on the past trying to capture the unique and wonderful nature of the people and places of the Balkans.
