it’s only when you look at it large (and even my monitor isn’t large enough) that you appreciate the vista and detail – the detail in the snow on the right hand side for instance, or the changing colours in the water based on the cloud cover. Very nice!

Yeah – it’s a shame it’s compressed a bit here. The original is over 10,000 pixels wide, a combination of three separate shots giving a 180deg view. Thanks so much for your very kind comments Berndt!
