The Wedding Shop
This shop in a town in country Victoria was perplexing. It was closed at the time of the picture, but it was hard to tell for how long – 2 days or 20 years? The ‘gown’ in the glass display case certainly looked like it had been there for an eternity, yet the secondhand clothing inside seemed in reasonable condition. (Although strangely, the rooms inside the building looked as though they belonged to an obsessive hoarder rather than a shopkeeper, as the items were piled up in strange random configurations that would have made browsing near impossible). Note mysterious bust above doorway.
