The Naked Truth through a kodachrome window by

1976 was the year I started to take photos! My first camera, after heavy research and many sleepless nights, was a Canon Ftb with the FD 1.4/ 50 mm
lens and a daring wide angle lens of 2.8 /28 mm! Kodachrome 25 and 64 were my film choices and the first ever holiday with this combo was Italy. O
Venice in September! This is a photo of my first roll of film ever taken and thats the naked truth.

Great journey you’ve had Manny!!! So nice of you to share this with us… love the structures and the mood set back in those days!!!! I really like this…. Makes me look deeper!!!

  • Hey Brenda, nice to see your lovely new photo in the new year! Became a bit melancholy over the x-mas time, looking at all those slides still in need of scanning. My life story in front of me so to speak! Thanks for looking and your always so kind comment. God bless you!

There’s the story you tell and the story the image wants to tell us…both of them top notch….It makes me feel nostalgic thinking of all my Kodachromes in the boxes waiting for me to start the same process of scanning…you are great inspiration Manny…I’m going to get at them soon. Cheers mate.

  • Can’t wait to see them Russ! I wish I had more time! Be prepared for a trip down memory lane. I never looked at my images so intense with so many emotions
running through me. It’s my life’s reflection. Very therapeutic process!
