gaussian blur, photoshop. Main focus on the fountain and the cigarette ashtray outside the spa doors.

It’s so simple. As long as your original photograph is shot at the right angle, you can do it with any picture. YOu’re going to love it. This was done out of curiosity one day. Going through some old Mexico Pictures.
