I’d love to see your work collected into one or several volumes. I found a place one can do this called www.Blurb.com. There’s no charge, you build the book yourself and then they’re sold, or you purchase copies from them. Of all self-publishing places they do very well with photographs; they sell out of their on-line bookstore and I think get their authors on amazon.com.

Beautiful shot of the young bird… where to did the feathery one go?

The satiny red stands out against the compimentary green background which gives the colour red so much more power. Your image poses a couple of questions in my mind: is the girl the red bird? By the way her head is turned toward the viewer and her hands are obscured it makes me wonder what childish mishief is at play. Is she holding the bird in her hands? Red feathers floating in the air add to the intrigue.

I cant help but wonder if she’s the redbird escaped from the cage leaving a few feathers floating in the transformation. So wonderful. Anytime an image causes the viewers to start speculating you know you have a winner.
