Don’t worry, it seems my blue girls are actually doing quite well… I just can’t resist an opportunity for a Tori quote & this song actually did happen to be playing!

A massive thankyou to everyone who voted in the Coloured Pencil Art group’s Blue Challenge i was shocked & stoked to discover Girl & The Sea won & is subsequently now the group avatar & featured! I’m so thrilled, this group is home to some of the most phenomenal art on RB!!!

And a great big thankyou to the gorgeous Tammy of Journal Junkies fame for featuring not only What If I’m A Mermaid, but also Inspired Mermaids which, uh, features her too!
She is also currently enjoying a real life feature on the walls of Sydney’s Mori Gallery as part of the Mirrors Art Exhibition, a charity event raising awareness of Eating Disorders & Body Image with all sales benefitting the Butterfly Foundation... I’ve often wondered how blue came to be thought of as a colour of sadness… It’s certainly not the feeling i get from it at all!!!!
