I want to thank the 1st Things group for featuring the portrait i did of my beautiful Aunty who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year.
For obvious reasons this piece is very special to me & so i also want to thank the kindness of those who have left such beautiful & thoughtful comments, your words are truly appreciated.

Thankyou Ian, i’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad… a very tough thing to cope with i imagine… i framed & gave this to my Uncle & cousins to help them, as my cousin said when she saw it “now it’s like she’s here with us, watching”
