Yes folks, he’s very cute, but he will grow bigger, need lots of exercise, incur enormous vets’ bills and will disrupt your holiday plans for many years! Maybe we’ll just look at the picture and think some more before answering his question. 1457 views and 39 favouriteings on 7th July 2012.

The choice pet of my daughters family. Their boxer died suddenly of a heart attack a year ago this Thanksgiving. He was 8 years old, they were all devastated but they’re finally at the place of getting another boxer. Your right all dogs require a certain level of care, in failing to realize our responsibility to these wonderful pets we fail them miserably. I would love for my daughter see this image but she doesn’t frequent the bubble. Beautiful portrait of this amazing breed of dog…………Barbara

  • Thanks Barbara. We had a boxer pup many years ago who passed away two days after his vaccination against parvo virus. I have no idea what went wrong as he was healthy up until then, and such a sweet little chap. Very affectionate and sensitive. Sorry to hear of your daughter’s loss. I sincerely hope the new pup fills her heart with much love.
