FEATURED in: ‘Sea’, January 2011 with many thanks.
Up on the left of the picture is Lissadooneen – an iron age promontory fort on top of the cliffs at Dooneen. We were on the beach on these fabulous rocks. These are the rocks on which the ‘Peggy’ ran aground in 1790 with the loss of all hands. The crew are buried on the cliffs by the fort. Dooneen point, near Beale, County Kerry, Ireland.
Canon EOS 5D MkII Lens: EF17-40mm f/4L USM @ 20mm. Nearly forgot to mention the Lee CP & ND soft grad 0.6 Lightroom only.
