all it takes is every day i do exersize four times and walk in side if it is bad out side and eat well an not too much and god given dna too helps but mostly good self control of intake thanks bev

haha, yes its some where in my whole redb collection,but?you might go bunkos looing for her?once a cousins wife call me from massachusets on the phone and we spent two hours on phone explaining each of my redb painting,needless to say, we both were pooped after ward,i,ll not do that again, agh-all you see in my photo are still in place,i had two ladies who own gallery here this past week they looked at about?a 100 painting for show i have in dec, they only picked 6 uah
