"Love"
This was the first flower my husband ever gave me.
I was just about to drive off to work, he yelled “wait”....ran over to the bottom of the Frangipani tree, scaled a 44 gallon drum and plucked one of the few remaining flowers of the season that he could possibly reach without falling off, came back over to the car and presented it to me through the window.

you’re kidding!! that sounds like something out of a shakespeare novel!!! (like if it were in modern times hehe) how romantic! =) truly wonderful and an AMAZiNG story behind an AMAZiNG photograph…omigosh how i ADORE frangipani/plumeria, orchids and hibiscus flowers- this is STUNNiNG..the white is so bright and concentrated and the soft, warm yellow eminating from the center is JUST divine, what a wonderful play of colors- mother nature’s a REAL work of art isn’t she?! =) and u captured that just brilliantly ;) i’m going thru all ur pieces b/c i am in awe of ur stunning use of color!! congratulations on everything!! :)
