My homage to Ines de Castro (Spain 1325 – Portugal 1355). She is best known as lover and posthumously declared lawful wife of King Pedro I of Portugal, and therefore Queen of Portugal. He starred one of the great love stories. In the life of Ines de Castro are two very distinct parts: the legend, which has sent her name to all the people, and real history, that all the investigations of the modern school have not yet been able to fully understand. The terrible history of D. Pedro and D. Ines, passed in the convulsive Portugal, from the early fourteenth century. The Portuguese King never accepted that her son Pedro, fell in love with Ines, and that after the death of his wife, maintain loving relationships with her, which were born several children. After the secret wedding of Ines and Pedro, the king and the Portuguese nobility kill D. Ines. The infant came to the throne and history say, sending exhume the corpse of Agnes, sat on the throne, making crown and forcing the court to surrender him the honors due a queen.
