Women have borne the initial sin in the history of mankind, with the charge of being the causative of all evil … Man was tempted by Eve by the persuasion of a snake (which later became identified with the devil). This act of Eve was punished with expulsion of mankind from the Garden of Eden and its subjection to death and eternal suffering, according to some Christian interpretations, notably the Catholic, this act of Eva also damaged nature in a sustainable manner human Adam and Eve, as well as all his successors. The story is told in Genesis 3.
