I used two layers… one over with building glasses I wotrked/retouched… and a background layer with church statues (frontage of a basilica)... retouched with bicolor filter, too….

Here, The background is the frontage of the Sainte-Clotilde Basilica in Paris I treated with a bicolor filter… the foreground is a glass window building frontage I’ve tortured with fluidity tools and various other filters in Photoshop… then I played with the features of layers to find the best mix…
