Crab spider ( a male, approx 5mm leg span) hiding.
Caterpillar (approx 15mmn – 5/8” in length) on daisy bush in my garden, Cape Town, South Africa.
A moth caterpillar because of the amount of hairs – no butterfly caterpillar looks like that. It is a young caterpillar and belongs to the family Arctiidae, which are called tiger moths. Their caterpillars are very hairy and sometimes called woolly bears in their final stages, it’s of the Tri-coloured Tiger Moth species. I thank Esther, owner of Butterfly World in Cape Town, for the positive ID.
I dedicate this one to Serendip I hope you enjoy this one J, reopened the series just for you. :-)
Well thank you sir – I am honoured, but you couldn’t have left this one out it’s the best of the series to date without doubt! Good on the spider.
My pleasure J, you inspired me to go ‘hunting’ in my garden again this morning, hence the dedication, thank you!!

G’day MACKY!
What a cracker of a Nature shot mate! The soft curve of the grub accentuated by its spiky hair, the miniscule spider-in-hiding, the lovely contrast of green and yellow hues and that glorious light all work so well together. You have taken full advantage of your encounter with this ‘Hairy Harry’ and produced a very interesting and entertaining series with this one the best of all in my ’umble opinion.

Thanks again Dennis, I love the name you’ve given him, reminds me of a teacher I once had. :-)
I can see why :-), really great colors and sharpness. But what makes those two pictures stand out for me is the composition, not sure how much credit for that should go to the lens ;-)
