A little while ago, I went for a bush walk around the hills/mountains of Mount Coot-tha where I saw butterflies exactly like this one. I thought at first I was seeing things as you could see through their wings! You have taken an amazing photo. Congratulations.

It sure seems that this photo isvery popular by several people.
Composition, Brightness & Contrast, DOF, interest in the subject are excellent.
I took a photo in Botswana of a Flutter – no color on the wings (clear), but when the sun hits the wings at a correct angle the wings show many tiny different color pearls going around in many circles.
