Tks gys….Karen there was really only one night to nail it & that was the one moonless night that the cloud cleared for a few hours. I sat up on top of the one of the glasshouse mts for hours in total darkness on my own just staring at it.

I know what you mean. I only had a Nikon D70 at that stage and its performance in low light was terrible at best so my images of the comet are nowhere near your quality. Seriously thannks for sharing.
