Self-portrait

The white dove on my shoulder is folded from a 15×15mm piece of paper. I even cut an olive branch for it and glued it to its beak.

Taken with Olympus FE-340 on November 18th, 2009. Lighting effects done in Photoshop.

If you had not said shoulder, I would have thought it was an abstract…the idea is extraordinary and very effective…

That is so, so lovely. The birdie and the overall shot. But i still worry that you’re going to go blind.

This is so lovely, beautiful softness and nice tones! I can see the olive branch in a larger view. Well done! :-))

    Nice!

Maybe you could do a shot of both shoulders, with the bat on the other? ;-)

  • Hmmm, that is an interesting idea… Although I don’t if I’ll be able to shoot that; because with all these miniatures I have to take them up close; and to have two on opposite sides, I might not be able to focus on both; but we’ll see.
