I feel like God making paper birds version of Adam and Eve
i just love your quote above……exquisite work/perfect title/gorgeous concept!!!!
i cherish your work so much Mui-Ling..the fact that you are the only person here on RB doing anything like this is wonderful in itself…everything you do is well thought out and planned and i love your thought process….when you tackle something you think of all the details and angles…..
this one is very very special..little tiny gold and silver lovebirds…what could be more beautiful….i think these would be lovely for Valentine’s day….and also very special for Engagements and Weddings – if there are any Groups on RB they might fit well into these categories also!!
Wonderful, wonderful, inspiring art!!
That is a great idea Karin; thanks for the suggestion! I am a part of the ‘Inspiring Greeting Cards’ group, though whatever I submit there has to have text. I typically don’t like putting text on my work as I feel they loose their artistic quality; but I may just post them when the occasion come and take them down after. Glad you like this and appreciate you comments! Hugs
i like how you’ve cropped the image. It must be a feat to shoot them and model them at the same instant!
For sure! Especially this time having both hands in there. I used the timer on my camera, but it was hard to keep my hands still without dropping the birds, as I was only holding the very end of their tails. You’ve made me recall my experience of when I was shooting ‘Born from the Hand’ my first piece among my miniature origami. People’s initial reaction when seeing that was the size of the crane; and I told them I had a harder time with the photography since I was both the photographer and the hand model! I feel you understand well the challenge of the process; thank you.
