London goes home to Janis Zroback
It’s been a long while since I’ve made a sale here; the last time being just around the time I left London…
Reminiscing back on those days I uploaded Tower Bridge a few days ago; and today the wonderful Janis Zroback bought a card of it :)

My origami on Soulpancake
When the editor of the website Soulpancake contacted me asking if they could feature my origami, I didn’t know what I would be getting into. I have to admit, I had never heard of the website before and wanted to do some research. The website was created by the actor Rainn Wilson. His name didn’t ring a bell to me right away and I continued my research. Later I real…
I'm sad :-(
I wanted to make a slight change in the description of my Arctic Playground, but before clicking the “Save Changes” button I didn’t realize the “Hide this work from the Public” button got checked. This particular work had won this challenge...
Got my calendar! And I'm hiding no more.
I purchased my Tiny Treasures calendar during the calendar sale and finally got it in the mail today! But I delayed in posting…
The photos below are linked from the images which I just uploaded onto Facebook. I spent much of the day debating on whether to post there or not. In the past I always avo…
I've been discovered! And now I'm published in a Montreal Magazine!
Actually it all started back in June, while I was still in school. A writer for the Montreal magazine Plaisirs de Vivre/Living with Style just happened to come across my bubble and was particularly interested in my origami. She got in touch with me proposing to publish my origami in their next magazine (which is out now), and said she would send me a pdf once the magazine is published.

Born From The Cell; step by step
Some of you may have come across this journal announcing a challenge in which we present the process behind our work. So I decided to present the process of how I did Born From the Cell.

And a year later....
I’ve been attending a university program that has no summer vacation; every four month is a rotation of school semesters and internships. One of my internships however was eight months, and that was the time for me to go back to old hobbies which I couldn’t make enough time for before. During that period, I found this lovely community, and overtime got so addicted to it I was logging on and loo…
My dearest RB family…
My dearest RB family…
Things have been hectic since coming back from London; I had not even posted a journal about being back; which I had planned to do but I was too busy. I came back on Apr 29th, and I was to move again on May 3rd, as I was to begin another semester of school the day after; which meant I had less than 4 days to get ready. Within that time I needed to pack, back up 8 months…
Back in London! And heading "home" home to Canada soon
Hello all!
Thank you to those who wished me a good trip and the birthday wishes on my last post :) I got back very late last night. Edinburgh and Barcelona was fun, though it does feel good to be home again; although London is not really my home… I do feel quite at home here; in Rome I did become homesick at some point, but here that’s not the case :o) I love London… and Japan; still my …
A hectic ending, and going away in about 2 hours!
Hi all,
It’s been a crazy and busy period (as usual). My time in London is getting closer to it’s finish. So two weeks ago a co-worker of mine on the same project as me retired, and the next day a new intern came to the office to join our project team; so essentially there was lots to do before the co-worker left, and I was busy afterwards because of the work left and to train the intern. Th…
