The Search for Water
So how did this idea come up? First see the description in my Penguin in a Snowstorm, then read the third comment (not including my replies).
So then mobii puts me to the challenge and posts the instruction for an Origami camel
The one I folded here is from a 14×14mm piece of paper. I actually made this quite a long time ago, but I didn’t want to post anything yet until I try a smaller one, but then I became too busy and am not sure when I will have the chance to do a smaller one so I’m going to post this for now.
This image was taken straight from the camera. The water in the background in not photoshopped; it is my computer screen. I wasn’t intending it to come out blurry but I’m glad it did.
For a better idea of scale:

Thank you Lisa :) Somehow; I dunno why; this image does kinda reminds me of you – maybe it’s the overall tone being similar to your avatar or that you are an animal lover who does some nice work of animals. Thanks for the fav too.

Nice origami work, I like the warm colors of both the camel and your palm, looks like really being in desert :)

one day you will have to write a journal documenting your inspirations, the process of art, the taking of photographs and everything… this is unique!
