Born from the Pinky
Pardon the redundancy but I just wanted to show another view of the smaller crane in Born from Fingers. I liked this angle better, however it was difficult to achieve without brightening my fingers too much. Somehow it was easier to take a clear shot as a bird’s eye view without over lighting. I’m not so proud of the photography, but I am of the origami, so here it is!

Thank you b! And knowing you you always read the descriptions :). Although I only noticed a while ago that my linking didn’t work; hence the address appeared in my description, messing it up. You may be right; but the world doesn’t seem give a lot of credit to tiny art… :( But thankfully the community of redbubble appreciates my mini origami, thanks for the lovely comment!

I have always found paper cranes…especially the tiny ones, fascinating.
I love the show “Heros” and the scene where the character Hiro makes all the paper cranes for his girl, Charlie…and hangs them all over the restaurant where she works and presents them to her instantaneously because he can manipulate time as his super hero power…it was that way he proved to her he had super powers.
Mui-Ling Teh replied
Interesting. I’m not very familiar with the show; I don’t watch tv very much but I certainly do love origami! Thanks for the comment and the favoriting.
Kelli Maier
yeah…it is one of the few I watch…and then I have it downloaded from Amazon…I can’t stomach commercials.

You are amazing!! So small….totally mind-blowing :D
Mui-Ling Teh replied
Wow Ellen, Thanks for all your comments and favs and today; and for adding me to your watchlist! I thought your art looked familar when I went to your profile. Then I realized you were udonchow. I know your name because it seems we have many friends here in common I I’ve read them calling you Ellen when I read their replies to your comments. I don’t know if you’ve read my profile description but I’ve been less active since I started school again. I wish I could continue doing more origami, but I do still upload photos and drawings since I do them for school. I still come on RB to see what’s going on, and despite how busy I am now I still enjoy meeting new people; though unfortunately I comment less now. I love the whole cute theme in your work :)

Thanks Mui-Ling!! I’m a Singaporean who lives in Bangkok,Thailand :D I appreciate your time in giving comments and great knowing you too! Hope to see you and your new works of art and origami every now and then. Until now, I cant even fold a big papercrane….even though I have tried it many times…that’s why I really admire people like yourself who can do origami and such mini ones too! :D
