Hackett’s Cove is one of many tiny communities along Highway 33 in Nova Scotia, Canada. Hwy.33 forms a circular route from the city of Halifax, along the western shore of Chebucto Bay to many small villages such as Peggy’s Cove, and then continues on up the eastern shore of St. Margaret’s Bay and back to Highway 3 where one can go back to Halifax or turn left and go all along the south shore of the Province, a very scenic area.
This shot was taken in the evening when we were coming back from one of our many visits to Peggy’s Cove.

MMMMM, this is just lovely Jann. Makes you feel like kicking off your shoes and breath in the summer air. A Fave! :>)) Leslie

  • Hi Leslie, well we didn’t kick off the shoes but we did stop and sit on a log and enjoy the scene for quite awhile..lol! It was very quiet and so peaceful!
Thanks so much for the fave!
