A calm day at Blue Rocks, a tiny fishing village on the south coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. Lobster traps are piled on the wharf and a lobster boat is waiting to take them onboard. One of the many rocky outcroppings provides a tiny safe harbour from the Atlantic Ocean, unusually quiet today.
Many little coves like this one provide shelter for a few boats at a time, each with it’s protective barrier against storms.
Taken in October 2005 with a Sony DSCF828 camera.
