Mt. Fitzwilliam is a massive and dominant sight as one travels through Mt. Robson Provincial Park in British Columbia,Canada. This image only shows part of the left flank as we approached it from the west. Because the weather was very unpredictable, I wanted to get whatever shots I could and ended up with a whole series. The stormy clouds made an ever-changing scene. The main bulk of the mountain is out of sight, off the right side of the picture, but I’ll post a more complete image of it later on. It’s quite big, (2907m (9538ft),and looks even bigger because it stands fairly aloof from any of the nearby Rockies.
