My very first camera was a Box Brownie on my thirteenth birthday. I bought my first ‘real’ camera from a holiday job when I was 16 a 35mm Agfa in 1956 and some of my early photos still exist. I have used Pentax cameras since 1972 and am currently on a K-5. My film stock cameras are Pentax Super A. Bronica Etrs. Lenses for both range from 18mm to 600mm.I enjoy gardening, walking and taking photos of the wonderful landscapes, flowers and beaches plus the interesting locals. My wife and I have found some fascinating places.
I have dabbled at writing for a while with one youngsters novel – ‘Cheela The Whale Who Flew’ – a travel personal history – ‘Arriving Unexpectedly’. The first Science Fiction novel in a series called ‘The Golden Ships of Earth’ is also available on Kindle.
Please ask if you would like to make use of a film placed on public display as my photographs are copyright protected.
Being a bit of a dinosaur I use no social websites, but am always happy to be contacted by Bubblemail.
