Northampton, MA, is the most liberal and socially evolved place on Earth, no one here cares what you are only how you treat them and if you are open to others or closed to the world. This is as close to Paradise as it gets. Look it up online you may be pleasantly surprised. All those who secretly loathe themselves seek to hurt, and dictate to others in order to make themselves feel momentarily secure about their own short comings. History is resplendent with examples of religious groups trying to impose their mores upon others so they can consolidate their power.
