Feels good, doesn’t it just! I see you’ve been zazzling away too – way to go!! Xxx

  • it does! I don’t sell too much here…..and sales are few and far between so I get really excited when I do sell something. I sell way more on Zazzle….which still isn’t much, but it does happen….enough that I don’t have to pay for anything I want on Zazzle! LOL

Apart from sales being an immense pat on the back, i’ve always hoped that they’s at least keep me in materials … But after i worked out that i’d have to sell 10 tees for one (small) set of watercolour pencils … Lol! I’m not on zazzle, i was but i don’t know whether i was being complicated, i just never got into it. Good for you for seeing it through!

  • I had the same realization about supplies! LOL I use my earnings to buy other people’s art that I couldn’t afford otherwise! :)
It took me some time to get into Zazzle….it gets to be a bit of a pain to create all the different products. I created soem things then never really went back, then all of a sudden, things started selling on their own. They have such great sales that it helps to get people to buy.

Rofl!! I misread “earnings” for “earrings” … And i thought cool, makes sense. Trade jewellery for art! (Which is not such an uncool idea at all i think) xxx

  • LMAO!!! It is a great idea though! ;)

Ps: that’s what got me at zazzle, creating all that stuff took up too much time. The margins are quite good though.

  • The best part is the associate links – you just add a code to any link you post, then if someone buys anything from anywhere on the site after clicking your link, you get 15% of the sale! :)

I’ve heard about those associate things … So if you post to, say, fb, and someone checks the link and gets something off the site, it credits you?

  • Exactly! It doesn’t even have to be from your site….it can be anything from anywhere on zazzle, as long as they got there through the link you posted witht the code! (All of the links I ever post for Zazzle have my code! I even use it when buying something for myself….why not!? LOL)

Clever clever. I need to get my brain around all of this. Suppose once you’ve set it up it runs by itself … It’s just getting organized that’s such a shlepp ;-) xxx thanks for the info xx

  • Exactly! It’s just the annoyance of creating each individual product everytime you adda new artwork. It deffinitely takes some time
