Patricia Anne ...
LOVE this it’s an awsome T Rex!!
Lynnette Shelley replied
Thanks Patricia. I had aborted another attempt at one (this is the second one), because I couldn’t get it right, and I felt like I was overly complicating things. This one is more bold-looking, which is fitting.

Love it!! I love the way you use oil pastels in your work, I have been playing with them recently and finding them a very enjoyable medium to use!
Lynnette Shelley replied
aren’t they fun? I have been using the colored pencils for the shading detailing, but I like using the oil pastels for the bigger areas of color. they are so vibrant

lol. thanks Rhino. I was having a hard time with this at first. Must have made five sketches, and started on one and then scrapped it, then did this one.

danita clark
He’s tremendous! That look in his eye ! Yet he almost looks like he is tip-toeing up on something or someone !
Lynnette Shelley replied
ha ha. I don’t know how well a T-rex could stealthily tiptoe up to someone, but how scary would that be?? :O
