Using my 70-300 mm lens on my Nikon D90 camera, I was able to zoom in on the details of this giant mountain with the glacier. I was across a valley when I captured this scene ~ Lynn

What a great capture this is Lynn and all that detail your lens has captured. I tried a Tamaron 70-300 the other day but found hard not to get shake hand held I am not the steadiest photographer lol
I hand held my camera on this shot but if you have troubles with not being able to hold the camera steady, use a tripod like I sometimes do. Thanks so much for your kind comments, Karen~Lynn
