I am a pastel artist living in country Victoria, Australia. My subjects vary, ranging from landscapes, portraiture, animal studies, figurative, life drawing, still life and I find the challenge of painting water particularly enjoyable.

  • WOOO HOOO! Thanks Phil! I actually did a bit more fiddling and refining after I uploaded this image, so may need to take another photo. It wasn’t an easy one to do!!!!! I am fairly happy with the result, but I think I could have done better!!!!

    Gee Lynda, you did a great job turning this into a colour version. Bet you can’t wait for winter after all of your heat and fires down there. Saw on the news tonight there are still some nasty ones burning. Hope there are none out your way
