I am a pastel artist living in country Victoria, Australia. My subjects vary, ranging from landscapes, portraiture, animal studies, figurative, life drawing, still life and I find the challenge of painting water particularly enjoyable.
This is beautiful Lynda. Anything i could say, there would still be so much unsaid. Love the water and that glowing branch.
Thank you Mick. I appreciate a beautiful comment like this from such a competent artist as yourself. When I view your work and the way you paint I feel like such a novice!

Hi Gini! Thanks for the lovely comment. They look great when they are shedding their bark! It’s amazing how trees in the Northern Hemisphere shed their leaves, whilst the Southern Hemisphere eucalypts shed their bark!
