Only added this so I could add it to ’Smithy’s’ finished portrait……
I am a pastel artist living in country Victoria, Australia. My subjects vary, ranging from landscapes, portraiture, animal studies, figurative, life drawing, still life and I find the challenge of painting water particularly enjoyable.

Hi Linda, and thanks for the great comment deery. Hope you are getting some of this summery weather that we are experiencing this week. It’s a fabulous day today, and I will be heading out to paint shortly…..
Beautiful, the portrait and the artist both.
Thank you dear Cal.
Wonderful photo, Lynda. I like how it looks as if Smithy’s face is catching all the light from that window. Pay no attention to the man in the blue ball cap….he’s just a big flirt! ha!
