When I was visiting my sister in law awhile ago, her grand daughter, Grace, said to me “Auntie Lynda, will you paint me one day?” So I did!

you done a damn good job there lyndy lou, she must be thrilled…. :) xx

  • Thanks heaps Linda. I hope she will be thrilled. She hasn’t see it yet! She is a delightful little girl, and I tried to capture her ‘wild’ spirit by leaving wisps of hair flying all over the place!

Excellent portrait Linda! Grace must be very pleased!

  • Thanks heaps Margaret. Grace hasn’t seen it yet, but I’m pretty sure she will be happy! She is a lovely girl with an amazing personality, (and most inappropriately named – LOL)!

Just lovely Lynda, she’ll treasure this!

  • Thanks for the great comment. I know she will treasure it Norah, because she is that sort of child. Not many young children really appreciate art, but she just loves it.

This is amazing work lynda! There are not a lot of artists who are masters of both portraits AND landscapes

  • What a wonderful comment Dianne. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed doing this one, and it has taken me AGES for some reason! I am very happy with the likeness to Grace. It took awhile before it really looked like her.
