Each morning we shall wake together
And travel the journey in all weather
Our life will show the bliss
Of each and every kiss
For our souls desire love’s eternal teather

I will forever walk beside you
And you shall always hold my hand
Nothing will ever come between me and you
As we travel across this life’s land

Softly seagulls cry as they scrable for their feed
Gentle crolching sounds of waves escaping out to sea
My heart knows bliss
On shores like this
When you walk the morning sands with me

I really love your use of colour in this Lynda.
It’s one of the things about your art that I like so much, using colour to add tones rather than just darker and lighter shades.
This is the stuff they teach in art classes, that I never learned because i never studied lol

No wonder you get such fast responses from the gang so soon after your work ‘hits the streets’. This is brilliant in the talent used and the colours. Some of those colours remain unused in many a UK paint box as we don’t have your wonderful weather (we used lots of greys – even for sea birds). You always amaze me in what you can do with with pastels; the clouds especially are so well formed. Well worth getting up early for such results.

I see my birds have made it all the way to Australia.( lol) l’m not surprised as our weather is so unpredictable, even the plants don’t know what the season is !

One of my favorites so far Lynda – I featured it in the pastel group, but then decided to do a music theme instead. I’ll use it again soon ok?

How you make these highly saturated colour palettes actually WORK is incredible Lynda…. Here in London we have a certain ‘generic’ painting style called ‘Bayswater Road’ where they all attempt this kind of art, but just paint bright colours without being able to quite ‘figure out what they’re doing’.... :)
