Lynda Robinson replied
I sold it at Tallarook Art Show in 2005 Sandra, so you may not have seen it. I never liked it much – thought it was a bit too ‘fussy’ – so it is amazing how much interest it has created today!!!!

Heidi Garner
Yes. Lovely. It’s so peaceful, tranquil, sitting by this river, in a sunny spot on the bank, watching the gentle current flow by, mmmmmm. :)
Lynda Robinson replied
It is a lovely area Heidi. This scene is located near a ford across the road, but it has been closed for some years now because the road is unsafe, so it is very much a quiet and peaceful spot. The other direction is just as nice.

you so make me want too go back too pastels,, they are easier too carry around the country side than paints and brushes,,, but you my friend are pure talent with the media, the subject matter and the story brought too us,,, thank you for your lovely talent… peace and love LINMARIE… THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
Lynda Robinson replied
What a really lovely comment Linmarie! You are right – pastels are very portable and you don’t need any other ‘ingredients’ such as water or mediums. Look forward to seeing some pastel work from you!!!!
