'Goulburn View'

Ummmmm – Linda I DID upload another Goulburn Bridge painting, but then I swapped it for this one which doesn’t have the bridge in it! You were too quick for me dear!!!! I will put the other one back another day!

Gosh Lynda, this is gorgeous. I have to ask. .. how much time do you invest on the larger pastels? Medium-sized? Just curious, because they look really fresh, yet so well developed.

Believe this or not I use to years ago do a lot more detail work than I do today, but never with the pastels. I’m really very impressed.

Wow ! the luminosity & shadow detail ! Extreme highlights and the differences in surface textures which you have masterfully created, your eyes are definately Wide open !!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, beautiful. Seeing work like this makes me want to just leave uni, and throw myself back into art. Some day I want to learn to work with pastels, or paint, or something other than just graphite and charcoal.

i heard this year was quit dry !!
its tottally the opposite that happened here in morocco,
it rained like the tropical forest! huge rainning its very green to the point i’m saying its abnormal, the earth is changing weirdly lately, i’ don’t know whats next, every spirit is expecting silently !
