Incredible pastel work, Lynda! I love working with pastels on velour & the new Clairefontaine PastelMat but I just cannot get good results on other papers (and I have tried LOADS of different surfaces) so when I see work like yours, I am in total awe!

This piece has everything – atmosphere; composition; wonderful light & shadows; a perfect balance of elements to hold the viewers attention and space for the imagination to weave it’s own story. Masterful! Beautiful work!
