The Tassie Tiger is extinct – or is it?
Mania is a good way to describe the attitude of early Tasmanian farmers toward this stretched limo of the marsupial family. The species-cleansing was thorough and as effective as the ethnic cleansing of the indigenous people of Van Diemen’s Land.
Like Elvis, there are regular sightings, even on the mainland.

Made for ceramic badges in the 90’s, scanned and retouched from my original art. Also available as cards and small prints.
