This is done as a salute to all firefighters. I took this with my 35mm Canon EOS Rebel XS, this was off the very first roll of film i ever put in the camera. These particular firefighters are part of the Fairfax County, VA fire department. :)

    OMG What a shot! This photo has direction and it does tell a story. Each firefighter is supporting the guy in front. They are lining up along the street center lines which confirms which direction they are heading. Persistence in being at the right place at the right time pays off. Awesome pic Lynn!!

    Phenominal shot and treatment, Lynn!!
    There are those that say someone should and then there are the few that actually do. To me, this image oozes of courage and single minded purpose.
    This is a beautiful and inspiring image to those that DO.
    Its too bad this picture couldn’t be hung in every firehall in the country.

    I truly appreciate it Stan, my house burned down when i was 8 so i have nothing but respect for firefighters that run into a burning bldg while others are running out of it. :):)

    Thank you. The 120 should yield interesting results, i have a turn of the century camera that is 110 but i have to roll 100 onto it in a dark bag. It is sweet to use the larger negatives. Have fun with it! :)
