I am not sure of the coating on that custom bike. I do know that it is powder coated the motor, fins and bottom end. I believe I have a whole picture of this custom.
This guy built it himself, it is called the treasury bike, that back has a chest on it and when he starts the bike, it opens up and reveals his lic. plate, it was really kool. I took a shooting of him and his machine last July, let me see if I have any pictures handy of it.
